2.What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service and package you choose, your project description and, if you used the calculator, its configuration.
- Language preference: a cookie named ws_locale that remembers the language you chose.
- Assistant conversations: kept only in your browser's session storage so the chat survives a page reload. Your questions are answered in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
3.Why we use it
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To remember your language choice: necessary for the site to work as you expect.
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
4.Cookies and analytics
This website uses one functional cookie, ws_locale, kept for up to one year. It does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.
5.Who receives your data
Enquiries are delivered to the inbox or business tool WEBSTYLE uses to manage requests. Hosting and delivery providers process data only on our instructions. We disclose data to others only when the law requires it.
6.How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and the periods set by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.
7.Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, or to withdraw your consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).
8.Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), form data is validated on the server, and only the people who need enquiries for their work can access them.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
