The brief
Couriers juggled a chat, a map and paper lists. Dispatchers couldn’t see where parcels were, and basements and lifts killed the connection at the worst moment.
What we built
A cross-platform app with a day’s route on a map, one-tap status changes, photo proof of delivery and an offline mode that syncs when the signal returns, plus an admin panel for dispatch.
